Peninsula Grand is a 3 BR, oceanfront condo located in Cozumel’s stunning Peninsula Grand Condo. Cozumel’s north shore is highly sought after for it’s upscale accommodations and quiet, residential flavor.
The first floor location is most convenient for those who like to walk out to the pool and that fabulous ocean for snorkeling. The pool, by the way, is HUGE and HEATED and you’ll always find plenty of cushioned lounge chairs. There is a large manmade beach area, too, so if you like to sink your toes into the sand, you’ll have plenty of it!
This is one of the few condos that offers a poolside bar service where you can buy light snacks and cold drinks. And, if you’d like to grill, there is a stainlesss steel grill and seating area so you can dine al fresco.
Inside Peninsula A1 is a lovely living area with double sofas and sliding glass doors to the oceanfront patio area. In addition, there is another living area with flatscreen TV and DVD player. This makes for a great little reading nook as well.
Of course the kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots and pans, dishes and cookware and appliances that you need to prepare a full meal or light snacks. The dining area seats up to 8 and there are two stools at the kitchen lunch counter.
Another great feature of this unit is that all three bedrooms have an ocean view and private bath. The master bedroom has a king bed; the other two have queen beds.
