Peninsula Grand Update:
I want to let you know I have a new listing in Peninsula Grand D-4 the unit is beautiful, upgraded and ready to move in or to rent.

I find over the years that 25% of my buyers come from my owner referrals and family, 50% come from my database and past renters who fell in love with our location, and the last 25% from my internet & social media presence. In the last couple months, I closed a Puesta del Sol PH, and a Xamanha Condo Ocean Front in Playa del Carmen both transactions were with friends, it was a pleasure dealing with them both.
Interesting note: as the condo prices “rise” on Cozumel, they have come down considerably in Playa del Carmen, there are some real bargains in Playa del Carmen. I just listed in Playa del Carmen 3 properties Corto Maltes PH $899,000, Luna Encantada H-3 $850,000 & Maya Villa 2 bedroom PH $795.000.
Playa del carmen still sees a steady stream of world visitors, although it is overbuilt most first time Q.R. visitors under 50 prefer it to Cozumel.
Nativo on the North is scheduled to return construction in November, Antilia is powering along at a great pace scheduled for 1st building and amenities to be completed June 2026. On that note I have “Just Listed” a unit, one of the best in Building 1, for assignment, a 3 bedroom 13th floor condo, the buyer is current on all payments but has had a “life change” and now wants to move in a different direction in his investments. It is great opportunity for purchasing A PRIME LOCATION in the newest “High Rise” development at pre-construction pricing. Call me for details.
